Do I need a smartphone to live at The Ashley Townhomes?
No, you don't, we make living at The Ashley easy and convenient for our residents!
What utilities am I responsible for?
Water, sewer, trash, and electricity.
Who provides TV and internet?
Quantum Fiber provides high-speed fiber internet (Up to 500 Mbps included) and Dish Network provides our residents with up to 190 cable channels.
What are the pet restrictions?
We allow up to 3 pets per home and there is no breed restriction or weight limit.
Is there a pet park?
We have a Dog Run on-site.
How many parking spaces do I have?
All of our residential homes include spacious 2-car garages pre-wired for EV charging. We also offer extended driveways on select homes. We also offer additional guest parking, on a first come, first served basis.
How does self-tour work?
We offer self-guided tours as an additional tour option via Rently for your convenience. Self-schedule your self-guided tour online with us.
How much is your application and admin fee?
Our application fee to apply is $60 (non-refundable) per applicant over 18 years of age and a one-time administration fee of $375 (non-refundable after 48 hours).
Where do residents shop?
We are located just one street over from Paseo Lindo Shopping Center as well as the Fulton Ranch Towne Center.
What are the nearest cross streets?
Our cross streets are South Arizona Avenue and East Appleby Rd, just east of Hamilton High School.
What is the nearest freeway? How far is it?
We are located just 6 miles from the 202 Freeway. And 7 miles from the 101 freeway.
Do you washer’s and dryer/s in the apartment?
All of our brand-new townhomes include energy-efficient Whirlpool appliances, including side-by-side washer and dryers.
What is the security deposit?
Our security deposit is $500 on approved credit.
Does my roommate also need to fill out an application and sign a lease contract?
Anyone over the age of 18 years old is required to complete an online application. All applicants must also be listed on the lease contract in order to reside in the home.
Can my roommate and I pay the rent separately?
Yes, you may choose to submit your rent payment conveniently online or in-office with a cashier’s check.
When is rent due, and how is it paid?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered past due thereafter. We provide a 3-day grace period. Late fees are then assessed beginning the 4th of the month.
Is there video surveillance in and around the community?
Yes, we have video surveillance and cameras throughout our community for added security.
Is this a smoke-free community?
The Ashley Townhomes, including many other MEB Management communities, are smoke-free communities.
What's the name of the nearest coffee shop, and how far is it from the property?
We are .3 miles from Starbucks inside the Paseo Lindo Shopping Center and 1.7 miles away from Black Rock Coffee Bar, an Ashley favorite!

We are located within the Chandler Unified School District.
